摘 要:高频变压器漏抗是由其漏磁通所引起的,严重时漏抗的存在会导致电感电容的电抗相互抵消,产生谐振现象.高频变压器电压、电流的改变,会迫使漏感产生电流、电压尖峰,这会增加功率损耗,从而加速老化内部元器件,影响高频变压器的性能.为了研究高频变压器中的漏抗,针对高频变压器,使用三维有限元法从绕组布局、铁芯材料和频率三个方面对漏感的影响进行研究,并对高频变压器进行优化设计与仿真,仿真结果证明:通过选用合适的铁芯材料、绕组材料以及设定合适的工作频率等措施可以有效减小高频变压器漏感.Leakage reactance of high-frequency transformer is caused by its magnetic flux leakage.In serious cases,leakage reactance of inductance and capacitance can cancel each other and produce resonance phenomenon.The change of voltage and current of high-frequency transformer forces leakage inductance to produce current and voltage peak,which may increase power loss,thus accelerating the aging of internal components and affecting the performance of high-frequency transformer.In order to study leakage repulsion in high-frequency transformers,this paper uses three-dimensional finite element method to study the influence of winding layout,core material and frequency on leakage repulsion of high-frequency transformers,and carries out optimization design and simulation of high-frequency transformers.Simulation results show that the leakage inductance of high frequency transformer can be effectively reduced by selecting appropriate winding structure,core material and adjusting appropriate working frequency.
