芙蓉叶痔疮栓的制备与药理作用研究

摘　　要：研究芙蓉叶痔疮栓的抗炎、镇痛、止血作用.热熔法制备芙蓉叶痔疮栓,以小鼠耳肿胀和大鼠足跖肿胀法实验,考察其抗炎作用;小鼠断尾法考察其止血作用;热板法考察其镇痛作用;大鼠肛门溃疡实验考察其抗溃疡作用.结果显示,芙蓉叶痔疮栓显著抑制小鼠耳肿胀和大鼠足跖肿胀,缩短断尾小鼠的出血时间,并显著提高小鼠痛阈,大鼠肛门溃疡修复积分.芙蓉叶痔疮栓有抗炎、止血、镇痛及抗溃疡作用.To observe the pharmacodynamic effects,Folium Hibisci Mutabilis hemorrhoid suppository is made by hot-melt method.The effect of anti-inflammation is tested by ear edema of mice and ankle swell of rats.Bleeding time is tested by cutting tail in mice.Analgesic experiment and anti-ulcer experiment are carried out by the method of heat plank and anti-anal ulceration separately.The results show that mice ear edema,ankle swel1 of rats and bleeding time of cut tail mice are significantly inhibited by Folium Hibisci Mutabilis hemorrhoid suppository.The pain threshold of mice and anal ulceration repair score of rats are notably increased.Folium Hibisci Mutabilis hemorrhoid suppository has the effects of anti-inflammation,hemostasia,analgesia and anti-ulcer.
