摘 要:采用钨电极非自耗电弧炉制备不同Yb 2O 3含量的Ti-1100铸态合金,利用高温炉配合WDW-300型电子万能试验机在温度为25~800℃、应变速率为10^-4~10^-2 s^-1下对合金进行压缩实验,研究了Yb2O3对Ti-1100合金力学性能的影响,并利用扫描电镜对合金微观组织的变化和压缩断口样貌进行观察。结果表明:在Ti-1100合金中加入Yb 2O 3可明显提升屈服强度,当温度为25~600℃时,Yb2O3含量为0.45%(质量分数,下同)的合金的压缩屈服强度提升最为理想;当温度达到800℃时,Yb2O3的含量为0.60%的合金的压缩屈服强度提升最为理想。Yb2O3可明显细化Ti-1100合金晶粒,并且使得合金α片层间距得到细化。当Yb2O3含量为0.45%时,合金的塑性变形能力明显增强。Ti-1100 as-cast alloys with different contents of Yb2O3 were prepared by tungsten electrode non-consumption arc furnace.The WDW-300 electronic universal testing machine was used to compress the alloy at temperatures of 25—800℃and strain rate of 10^-4—10^-2 s^-1.The effect of Yb2O3 on the mechanical properties of Ti-1100 as-cast alloy was investigated.Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the microstructure changes and compression fracture appearance of the alloy.The results show that the yield strength of Ti-1100 alloy was improved obviously by the addition of Yb2O3.At 25—600℃,the alloy with Yb2O3 content of 0.45wt%had the best compression yield strength improvement.At 800℃,the alloy had the highest compressive yield strength when the Yb2O3 content is 0.60wt%.The grain size andαlamellar spacing of Ti-1100 alloy were refined obviously by adding Yb2O3.The plastic deformation ability of the alloy with Yb2O3 content of 0.45wt%is obviously enhanced.
