摘 要:某500 kV输电线路用铝包钢芯铝绞线在紧线过程中发生断裂,通过对断裂导线和同批次新导线的理化检测,模拟试验,分析了导线的断裂原因。结果表明:导线各项性能均符合相关标准要求;导线断裂位置处于紧线卡线器出口处,所有断口均为典型的拉伸断口。导线的断裂原因在于紧线过程中的牵引张力过大,牵引张力无法有效传递至铝包钢芯,铝线层在过载负荷下率先断裂。铝线层断裂后,外部负荷未能及时停止,内层铝线在持续负荷下与铝包钢芯摩擦粘合,最终将铝包钢芯拉伸断裂。The aluminum stranded wire with aluminum-clad steel core used for a 500 kV transmission line fractured during the wire tightening process.This paper carries out physical and chemical test on the fractured conductor and new conductors of the same batch,and simulation analysis as well.Finally,the paper makes an analysis on the reason of the wire fracture.The results show that all the properties of the wire meet the requirements of relevant standards;the fracture position of the conductor is at the outlet of the tightener clamp,and all the fractures are typical tensile ones;the reason for the fracture of the wire is that the traction tension in the process of tightening is too large,and the traction tension cannot be effectively transferred to the aluminum-clad steel core,then the aluminum wires layer fracture first under overload;after the rupture of the aluminum wire layer,the external load fails to stop in time,with the inner aluminum wire frictionally bonded with the aluminum-clad steel core under continuous load,and finally the aluminum-clad steel core is tensile fractured.
