血气分析仪与干化学生化分析仪及全自动血球分析仪相同项目检测结果对比分析

摘　　要：目的:比较分析RAPIDPoint 500血气分析仪(以下简称“R500分析仪”)与Vitros 5600干化学生化分析仪(以下简称“V5600分析仪”)及XN-9000全自动血球分析仪(以下简称“XN分析仪”)相同项目检测结果的差异性及相关性,为临床提供准确结果。方法:采用R500分析仪与V5600分析仪和XN分析仪同时检测64例患者动脉血和静脉血中K^+、Na^+、Cl^-、HCO3^-、血糖(Glu)、血红蛋白(HGB)及红细胞压积(HCT),并对检测结果进行统计学分析,分析不同仪器检测动、静脉血中相同项目结果的差异性和相关性。结果:R500分析仪检测的K+和HCO3-浓度低于V5600分析仪,Glu浓度高于V5600分析仪,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而Na+和Cl-浓度2种分析仪间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);R500分析仪检测动脉血和XN分析仪检测静脉血中的HGB和HCT浓度比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.7602~0.9163,P>0.05);R500分析仪检测动脉血与V5600分析仪及XN分析仪检测静脉血中相同项目的检测结果进行相关性分析,动、静脉血中K^+、Na^+、Cl^-、HCO3^-、Glu、HGB及HCT浓度相关系数r值分别为0.9889、0.9924、0.9956、0.9744、0.9953、0.9725及0.9873。结论:R500分析仪检测的Na^+、Cl^-、HGB及HCT浓度与V5600分析仪及XN分析仪检测的浓度基本一致,可直接供临床参考,而K+、HCO3-和Glu浓度之间具有一定的差异,但呈明显的正相关性,要校正后才能供临床参考。Objective To explore the differences and correlations between the test results for the same items by RAPIDPoint 500 blood gas analyzer(abbreviated as R500),Vitros 5600 dry chemical and biochemical analyzer(abbreviated as V5600)and XN-9000 automatic blood cell analyzer(abbreviated as XN).Methods R500,V5600 and XN analyzers were used to detect the K^+,Na^+,Cl^-,HCO3^-,Glu,HGB and HCT in the arterial and venous blood of 64 patients at the same time,and statistical analysis was carried out on the differences and correlations between the test results for the same items.Results The concentrations of K+and HCO3-detected by R500 analyzer were lower than those by V5600 analyzer,and the concentrations of Glu were higher than those by V5600 analyzer,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);R500 and V5600 analyzers had no statistical differences when used to measure the concentrations of Na+and Cl^-(P>0.05);the concentrations of HGB and HCT in arterial blood detected by R500 analyzer were not statistically different from those in venous blood by XN analyzer(t=0.7602-0.9163,P>0.05);the correlation analysis on the detection results of the same items by R500 analyzer for arterial blood as well as those by V5600 and XN analyzers for venous blood showed the correlation coefficients(r)of K^+,Na^+,Cl^-,HCO3^-,Glu,HGB and HCT were 0.9889,0.9924,0.9956,0.9744,0.9953,0.9725 and 0.9873,respectively.Conclusion The concentrations of Na+,Cl-,HGB and HCT detected by R500 analyzer are almost the same as those by V5600 and XN analyzers,which can be directly provided for clinical reference;there are certain differences between the concentrations of K+,HCO3-and Glu detected by the three analyzers,but the results by R500 analyzer can be used for clinical reference after correction because of their positive correlation with those by V5600 and XN analyzers.
