摘　　要：介绍了某新建医院轨道式小车物流传输系统的使用状况,分析了轨道式小车物流传输系统的消防辅助设施、竖井防水及物流小车轨道的设置与布局等配套设施建设存在的问题。提出了落实管理制度与操作流程、提高小车使用周转率、满足院内感染防控要求、应急措施保障、分阶段投入物流小车及售后服务保障等运行管理措施。指出了轨道式小车物流传输系统的应用降低了医院在物流方面耗费的人力资源成本,优化了垂直交通运输的内容构成,提高了医疗用品的运送速度。The application of the track logistics system in some hospital was introduced,and its problems were analyzed in fire-fighting auxiliary facilities,shaft waterproof,track setting and layout and etc.Some operation management measures were put forward such as implementing the management system and operation process,enhancing the turnover rate of the trolley,meeting the requirements of infection prevention and control in the hospital,executing phased input of logistics trolley and after-sales service guarantee.It was pointed out that the track logistics transmission system reduced the cost of human resources consumed by the hospital in logistics,optimized the composition of vertical transportation,and improved the delivery speed of medical supplies.
