摘 要:文章通过在线监测连续投料的厌氧消化产气过程,对不同阶段的累积产气量、CH 4和CO 2浓度应用Logistic函数进行拟合并比较其结果。研究发现:1)连续投料厌氧消化过程的各阶段累积产气量与消化时间的关系与Logistic函数的S型曲线相吻合,拟合曲线的均方差R 2高于0.99;2)采用Logistic函数拟合产气中CH 4和CO 2的含量随时间变化的数据,拟合曲线的均方差R 2也高于0.98;3)沼气中CH 4和CO 2的浓度此消彼长动态相关,其拟合曲线的交点接近50%。应用拟合曲线进行动态模拟仿真,可实现对厌氧消化过程的智能化控制。A continuous feeding anaerobic digestion biogas production process was monitored online.The cumulative biogas production,concentrations of CH 4 and CO 2 in different stages were fitted with Logistic function,and the results were compared.The study found that:1)The relationship between cumulative gas production and digestion time in each stage of continuous feed anaerobic process was consistent with the S-curve of the Logistic function,and the mean square error R 2 of the fitted curve was higher than 0.99.2)The relationship between concentrations of CH 4 and CO 2 in biogas with digestion time was fitted by Logistic function,and the mean square error R 2 of the fitted curve was also higher than 0.98.3)The content of CH 4 and CO 2 in biogas was dynamically balanced,and the intersection of the fitting curve was close to 50%.By applying the fitting curve to the dynamic simulation,the intelligent control of anaerobic digestion process can be realized.
