泛加勒比海地区邮轮旅游发展对海南的启示

摘　　要：加勒比海地区是全球邮轮旅游最为发达的地区,也是最受游客欢迎的邮轮旅游目的地。加勒比海地区众多邮轮旅游目的地与该地区以北的美国佛罗里达州邮轮母港群形成优势互补、深度合作的运营模式。在邮轮旅游发展的某种意义上说,加勒比海地区与其北美洲毗邻地佛罗里达州等地形成了泛加勒比海地区。泛加勒比海地区拥有多元化的邮轮航线、开放的邮轮旅游产业政策、完善的城市配套设施建设等。这些对于邮轮旅游新兴地的海南具有积极的启示意义。海南可参考其发展经验,规划邮轮母港和访问港,构建“海上游”与“陆上游”联动模式,拓展环南海邮轮旅游国际航线,建设国际旅游消费中心,携手“海丝”沿线国家和地区共同发展。The Caribbean is the most developed region for cruise tourism in the world and the most popular cruise tourism destination.Numerous cruise destinations in the region form a complementary and intensive cooperative operation model with the Florida Cruises Home Port Group to the north.In the sense of the development of cruise tourism,this region can be regarded as a pan-Caribbean region,and which has diversified cruise routes,open cruise tourism industry policies,and comprehensive urban infrastructures.As a new destination of cruise tourism,Hainan can learn from the development experience of the pan-Caribbean cruise tourism,so as to better plan to build cruise home ports and visiting ports,jointly develop“sea tourism”and“land tourism”,and promote the international route of cruise tourism around the South China Sea.Such Caribbean implications will also help Hainan build the international tourism consumption center,deepen cooperation with neighboring countries and regions,and accelerate the common development of the areas along the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road.
