摘 要:基于UVA辐照成纤维细胞的氧化损伤模型,对蜂胶乙醇溶液与蜂胶聚乙二醇溶液开展细胞毒性检测,进一步对蜂胶清除氧自由基、延缓皮肤光老化功效性进行评估.研究表明:与模型对照组相比,样品组能显著降低活性氧(ROS)含量、基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)含量以及人成纤维细胞中氧化相关基因MMP-1表达量.因此,蜂胶可能通过清除活性氧ROS和抑制胶原等胞外基质的降解而达到抗光老化的效果.To evaluate the antioxidant ability of propolis,which is likely to be applied in the treatment of skin disease caused by ultraviolet light,fibroblast cell was used to test the cytotoxicity of propolis dissolved in different impregnants.The anti-photoaging effect of propolis was evaluated by reactive oxygen species(ROS)scavenging rate,matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1)concentration and MMP-1 mRNA expression.The results showed that ROS,MMP-1 concentration and mRNA expression of MMP-1 from propolis solution were significantly lower than those from the control,indicating that propolis is equiped with strong anti-photoaging activity by scavenging ROS and inhibiting the degradation of extracellular matrix such as collagen.
