丝绸之路经济带中国段旅游业生态效率评价及空间差异分析——以西北5省域和西南4省域为例

摘　　要：基于2006,2011,2016年丝绸之路经济带中国段西北5省域和西南4省域旅游业的面板数据,采用改进后的DEA模型和探索性空间数据分析方法,分析其旅游业生态效率值,同时对其全局空间自相关和局部空间自相关关系进行深入研究.结果表明,2006—2016年丝绸之路经济带中国段旅游业生态效率值呈波动递增趋势,西北地区生态效率值比西南地区略高;经济带旅游产业生态效率值空间分布差异显著,呈现出动态变化的特征;在探索性空间数据分析中,全局空间自相关呈负相关关系,局部空间自相关表现出局部空间差异较大的关联特征.在生态效率评价和空间差异分析的基础上,提出了提升旅游业生态效率的对策建议.Based on the panel data of the tourism industry in 2006,2011,2016,this study uses the improved DEA model and exploratory spatial data analysis method to analyze the eco-efficiency value of tourism in the five provinces of northwest China and the four provinces in the southwestern China of the Silk Road Economic Belt.Simultaneously,the global spatial autocorrelation and local spatial autocorrelation were studied in depth.The results show that,from 2006 to 2016,the eco-efficiency of tourism industry in Silk Road Economic Zone increased volatility,but the eco-efficiency value in the northwest region was slightly higher than that in the southwest region.The spatial distribution of ecological efficiency values of the tourism industry in the economic zone was significantly different,showing the characteristics of dynamic changes;in exploratory spatial data analysis,the global spatial autocorrelation was negative correlation,while the local spatial autocorrelation had the characteristics of large local spatial differences.On the basis of eco-officiency evalution and spatial difference analysis,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the eco-efficiency of tourism are given.
