摘　　要：随着电力行业的不断发展,人们对于电力工程施工的要求也在不断提升。加强电厂施工现场质量管理,对于提升电力工程质量有着非常重要的作用。本文对电厂施工现场质量管理工作中存在的问题进行分析,并提出有效的改善措施,以期为相关管理工作人员提供一定的帮助。With the continuous development of the power industry,people’s requirements for power engineering construction are also constantly improving.Strengthening the quality management of power plant construction site has a very important impact on improving the quality of power engineering.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the quality management of power plant construction site,and puts forward effective improvement measures,in order to provide some help for the relevant management staff.
