电力物资采购提前期与输变电工程里程碑计划协同应用方案分析

摘　　要：我国疆土辽阔,人口众多,再加上各行业领域的快速发展,对于电力的需求量逐年递增。随着电力工程的全面铺开,各种电力工程物资随之形成急剧消耗态势。目前,我国的输变电工程里程碑计划一直在按部就班的进行,给电力物资的供给造成了一定的压力,严重的情况下还会出现不能保证正常供给的现象。本文针对这种现象展开分析,简明介绍电力物资采购提前期的构成以及确定方法,并着重分析里程碑计划的每一个步骤,联系现实状况,展开电力物资供应协调应用方案的研究与拟定,希望能在一定程度上缓解电力物资供应上的压力,推动输变电工程里程碑计划的有序进行。China’s vast territory and large population,coupled with the rapid development of all aspects,the demand for electricity is increasing year by year.With the full spread of power engineering,various power engineering materials have been rapidly consumed.At present,China’s The milestone plan of the power transmission and transformation project has been carried out step by step,which has caused certain pressure on the supply of electric power materials.In serious cases,there will be a phenomenon that the normal supply cannot be guaranteed.The author analyzes this phenomenon and succinctly clarifi es the article.Introduce the composition and determination method of the lead time of power materials procurement,and analyze each step of the milestone plan,contact the actual situation,and carry out research and formulation of the power material supply coordination application program,hoping to alleviate the supply of power materials to a certain extent.Pressure to promote the orderly implementation of the milestone plan for power transmission and transformation projects.
