摘  要:目的探讨个人数字助手扫码的信息化闭环管理提高输血安全和效率的效果。方法通过检索信息化系统数据,本院2017年7月—2018年6月输血借助个人数字助手扫码的信息化闭环管理。评价患者输血不良事件的发生率、30min内输血执行率、输血后15min巡视率与4h输血完成率。结果应用后较应用前输血不良事件的发生率低,30min内输血执行率、输血后15min巡视率与4h输血完成率较应用前,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论借助个人数字助手扫码的信息化闭环管理能提高患者输血的安全性和高效性。Objective To study the effect of closed-loop management of personal digital assistant sweeper on safety and efficacy of blood transfusion.Methods By retrieving the data in the informatization system,the blood transfusion from July 2017 to June 2018 used closed-loop management of personal digital assistant sweeper.The incidence of adverse events of transfusion,the transfusion rate in 30 min,the inspection rate 15 min after transfusion and the completion rate 4 h after transfusion were observed.Results The incidence of adverse blood transfusion events after the application of personal digital assistant sweeper decreased significantly.The rate of transfusion performed within 30 minutes,the inspection rate 15 min after transfusion and the completion rate 4 h after transfusion were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The infbrmationalized closed-loop management with individual digital code sweeper can improve the safety of patients and the efficiency of blood transfusion.
