摘  要:利用磷酸(H 3PO 4)和二氯异氰尿酸钠(DCCNa)溶液分别对芳纶1313沉析纤维(MAF)进行改性处理,得到磷酸化的MAF(MAFP)和氯化的MAF(MAFC),并利用原位聚合的方法将MAFP和MAFC作为填料加入到PTMG/TDI型PU弹性体中,得到两种PU弹性体复合材料MAFP/PU和MAFC/PU。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、万能拉力试验机和旋转黏度计分别对改性后的MAF的结构以及复合材料的红外光谱、力学性能和工艺性能进行表征。结果发现,MAFP和MAFC上引入了极性基团,MAFC/PU比MAFP/PU有更好的操作性能和力学性能。Meta-aramid fibrid(MAF)was modified with phosphoric acid(H 3PO 4)and sodium dichloroisocyanurate(DCCNa)solution to obtain phosphorylated MAF(MAFP)and chlorinated MAF(MAFC).Then MAFP and MAFC were added into the PTMG/TDI polyurethane(PU)elastomer as fillers by in-situ polymerization to obtain two kinds of PU elastomer composites MAFP/PU and MAFC/PU,respectively.The structure of modified MAF and the infrared characteristics,mechanical properties and processing properties of composites were characterized by FTIR,universal tensile testing machine and rotational viscometer.The results showed that polar groups were introduced on MAFP and MAFC.MAFC/PU had better processing property and mechanical properties than MAFP/PU.
