摘  要:评述了硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料全水发泡的优缺点和发展趋势,指出了该生产工艺的环保优点。简单介绍了用全水发泡替代HCFC-141b发泡生产聚氨酯夹芯板项目的原料、设备、工艺参数和产品性能。开发的全水发泡组合料黑白料比接近1/1,产品性能优良。The advantages and disadvantages of water blown rigid polyurethane foam and development trend of the foam were reviewed briefly.The environmental advantage of this production process was pointed out.The raw materials,equipments,process parameters and product properties of polyurethane sandwich panel produced with all water replacing HCFC-141b foam agent in a HCFC replacement program were simply introduced.The mass ratio of the two components of water blown premix materials was near 1/1,the product had good performance.
