摘 要:基于液体压缩体积模量和二重直梁简化模型对多金属结核水力式集矿机构中连接水泵和集矿头的软管变形阻力矩进行了力学分析,提出了变形阻力矩计算方法,给出了变形阻力矩和集矿头纵向位移的幂函数关系。结果表明,在纵向位移0.5 m时,3根软管的变形阻力矩为31462 N·m。计算方法已成功应用于集矿机试验。Based on the bulk modulus of fluid and a simplified model with dual beams,mechanical analysis was performed for the deformation resistance moment of water hose that connects water pump and collector in hydraulic collector mechanism for polymetallic nodules mining.And then a method for calculating the deformation resistance moment of the hose is proposed,by which a power function between deformation resistance moment and vertical displacement of collector head is obtained.The results reveal that the deformation resistance moment of three hoses is 31462 N·m when the longitudinal displacement is 0.5 m.This calculation method has been successfully applied in the following collector test.
