摘  要:采用阴极充氢、慢应变速率拉伸等试验方法,研究了40CrNiMoA钢在调质和等温淬火条件下的氢致延迟断裂行为。实验结果表明,在等温淬火条件下40CrNiMoA钢的抗氢致延迟断裂能力相对调质条件下的性能显著提高,并且具有更高的硬度和抗拉强度。The hydrogen-induced delayed fracture behavior of 40 CrNiMoA steel by treatments of quenching & tempering, and isothermal quenching was studied by using cathodic hydrogen-charging and slow strain rate testing. The experimental results indicate that compared with that by quenching & tempering, 40 CrNiMoA steel by isothermal quenching has the resistance to hydrogen-induced delayed fracture significantly improved and also has higher hardness and tensile strength.
