摘 要:以硝酸铜、硝酸铝、氯化钠和尿素为原料,结合NaCl辅助低温燃烧合成法和氢还原法制备了Al2O3/Cu复合粉末,研究了NaCl掺入量对复合粉末的影响。结果表明,NaCl与Cu(NO3)2的摩尔比为1.5∶1时,前驱物的比表面积达到了最大值,为41.3 m2/g;前驱物氢还原后得到的Al2O3/Cu复合粉末颗粒尺寸为2μm左右,比表面积为15.6 m2/g;对复合粉末采用SPS烧结,烧结块体中Al2O3粒子和Cu基体之间的结合性较好。Al2O3/Cu composite powders were prepared by utilizing a combination of NaCl-assisted low-temperature combustion synthesis and hydrogen reduction,with Al(NO3)3,Cu(NO3)2,NaCl and CO(NH2)2 as raw materials.Effect of NaCl content on composite powders was also studied.In the test,NaCl and Cu(NO3)2 was at the molar ratio of 1.5∶1;the precursor had a specific surface area at the maximum value of 41.3 m2/g.Al2O3/Cu composite powders obtained after hydrogen reduction of the precursor were 2μm in particle size and had the specific surface area of 15.6 m2/g.It is shown that after spark plasma sintering for the composite powders,Al2O3 particles have excellent bond with Cu matrix in the sintered bulk.
