摘 要:在Al2O3–B2O3–SiO2系低温陶瓷结合剂中添加不同含量的ZrSiO 4添加剂,用差示扫描热分析仪、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜等研究ZrSiO4含量对低温陶瓷结合剂结构与性能的影响。结果表明:ZrSiO4含量增加,陶瓷结合剂耐火度无明显增加,其热膨胀系数在一定范围内降低;且当ZrSiO4质量分数为4%时,陶瓷结合剂结构致密,微观状态均匀,陶瓷结合剂的综合性能最佳,其抗折强度为57.37 MPa,显微硬度为855.59 MPa。Different contents of ZrSiO 4 additives were added to Al 2O 3-B 2O 3-SiO 2 low temperature vitrified bond.The effect of ZrSiO 4 content on the structures and properties of low temperature ceramic bond was studied by differential scanning calorimeter,X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that with the increase of ZrSiO 4 content,the refractoriness of the ceramic bond does not increase significantly,and its coefficient of thermal expansion decreases within a certain range.When the mass fraction of ZrSiO 4 is 4%,the structure of the vitrified bond is compact with uniform distribution and the comprehensive performance of the vitrified bond is the best,which is flexural strength of 57.37 MPa and microhardness of 855.59 MPa.
