摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮添加不同水平的发酵混合饲料和发酵酒糟对蛋鸭产蛋性能、蛋品质、肠道消化酶活性及免疫功能的影响。选用35周龄龙岩山麻鸭750只,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复25只鸭。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加2%、4%的发酵混合饲料和2%、4%的发酵酒糟。试验期3个月。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮添加2%和4%发酵酒糟显著升高了蛋鸭的日产蛋重(P<0.05),饲粮添加4%发酵酒糟显著降低了蛋鸭的料蛋比(P<0.05),饲粮添加4%发酵酒糟显著升高了鸭蛋中蛋清重和蛋黄颜色(P<0.05),饲粮添加4%发酵混合饲料和4%发酵酒糟显著降低了蛋鸭肌胃和腺胃pH(P<0.05),饲粮添加4%发酵混合饲料显著提高了蛋鸭空肠脂肪酶和糜蛋白酶活性(P<0.05),饲粮添加2%和4%发酵酒糟显著提高了蛋鸭空肠糜蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶活性(P<0.05),饲粮添加4%发酵酒糟显著升高了蛋鸭空肠黏蛋白2、分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)的mRNA相对表达量以及SIgA含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,发酵酒糟对蛋鸭产蛋性能、蛋品质、肠道消化酶活性和免疫功能优于发酵混合饲料,且以4%的添加水平效果更好。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary different levels of fermented mixing feed and fermented distiller’s grains on laying performance,egg quality,intestinal digestive enzyme activities,and immune function of laying ducks. Seven hundred and fifty 35-week-old Longyan laying ducks were randomly assigned to 5 groups with6 replicates per group and 25 ducks per replicate. Ducks in control group were fed a basal diet,and ducks in experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 2%,4%fermented mixing feed and 2%,4% fermented distiller’s grains,respectively. The experiment lasted for 3 months. The results showed as follows: compared with the control group,dietary 2% and 4% fermented distiller’s grains significantly increased the daily egg mass of laying ducks(P<0.05),dietary 4% fermented distiller’s grains significantly decreased the feed to egg of laying ducks(P<0.05),dietary 4% fermented distiller’s grains significantly increased the albumin weight and yolk color in egg(P<0.05),dietary 4% fermented mixing feed and 4% fermented distiller’s grains significantly decreased the pH in gizzard and glandular stomach of laying ducks(P<0.05),dietary 4% fermented mixing feed significantly increased the jejunal lipase and chymotrypsin activities of laying ducks(P < 0. 05),dietary 2% and 4% fermented distiller’s grains significantly increased the jejunal chymotrypsin and trypsin activities of laying ducks(P<0.05),and dietary 4% fermented distiller’s grains significantly increased the jejuna mucin 2 and secretory immunoglobulin A(SIgA) mRNA relative expression and SIgA content of laying ducks(P<0.05). In conclusion,fermented distiller’s grains is superior to fermented mixing feed,it can improve the laying performance,egg quality,intestinal digestive enzyme activities and immune function of laying ducks,and the effect of 4% supplemental level is better.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2019,31(12) : 5740-5749]
