摘  要:为准确评价粗饲料脂质的营养价值,测定玉米秸秆、红薯蔓、花生蔓、大豆秧、西瓜秧等10个样品的粗脂肪(EE)及其脂肪酸含量,应用康奈尔净碳水化合物-蛋白质体系(CNCPS 6.5)剖分脂质组成,评价总脂肪酸(TFA)及EE小肠消化率。结果表明:1)粗饲料EE含量变异范围为8.42~28.04 g/kg DM,TFA含量变异范围为1.84~15.39 g/kg DM,色素含量变异范围为3.47~21.96 g/kg DM,大豆秧的EE和色素以及玉米秸秆的TFA含量分别显著高于其他粗饲料(P<0.05);2)红薯茎和叶的中链脂肪酸(MCFA)分别占TFA的34.40%和18.00%,显著高于其他粗饲料(P<0.05),其他粗饲料的长链脂肪酸(LCFA)占TFA的94.68%~100.00%,差异不显著(P>0.05);3)玉米茎亚油酸(LA)含量显著高于玉米叶(P<0.05),但红薯茎、叶之间无显著差异(P>0.05);红薯叶和玉米叶中亚麻酸含量均较茎高;4)粗饲料TFA和EE小肠消化率变异范围分别为76.85%~85.15%和13.92%~59.64%,玉米秸秆EE和红薯茎TFA小肠消化率分别显著高于其他粗饲料(P<0.05)。结果提示,粗饲料脂质的色素含量高,脂肪酸含量低,导致EE小肠消化率低。The objective of this study was to systematically evaluate the nutritional value of roughage lipids.The ether extract(EE) and fatty acid contents of 10 samples including corn straw,sweet potato vine,peanut vine,soybean seedling and watermelon seedling were determined. The Cornell net carbohydrate-protein system(CNCPS 6.5) was applied to dissect lipid composition,and evaluate the intestinal digestibility of total fatty acid(TFA) and EE. The results showed as follows: 1) the range of variation of roughage EE contents were8.42 to 28.04 g/kg DM,the range of variation of TFA contents were 1.84 to 15.39 g/kg DM,and the range of variation of pigment contents were 3.47 to 21.96 g/kg DM;EE and pigment contents of soybean seedling and TFA content of corn strawwere significantly higher than those of other roughages,respectively(P<0.05).2) The medium chain fatty acids(MCFA) of sweet potato stems and sweet potato leaf accounted for 34.40%and 18.00% of TFA,respectively. It was significantly higher than that of other roughages(P<0.05). The long chain fatty acids(LCFA) of other roughages accounted for 94. 68% to 100. 00% of TFA,but there were no significant difference(P>0.05). 3) Linoleic acid(LA) content of corn stems was significantly higher than that of corn leaves(P< 0.05),but there was no significant difference between sweet potato stems and leaves(P>0.05). Linolenic acid contents of leaves of sweet potato and corn were higher than those of stems. 4) The range of variation of small intestine digestibility of roughage TFA and EE were 76.85% to 85.15% and 13.92%to 59.64%,respectively. The small intestine digestibility of corn stalk EE and sweet potato stalk TFA were significantly higher than those of other roughages(P<0.05). The results showthat the pigment content of roughage lipid is high and the fatty acid content is low,resulting in lowintestinal digestibility of EE.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2019,31(12) : 5873-5880]
