长株潭地区碳赤字时空演变及区际比较——基于碳足迹理论与方法  被引量:3

摘  要:运用碳足迹理论与方法,计量了长株潭三个地市的碳足迹、碳承载力并以此为基础同时引用碳赤字敏感度概念,进一步核算了碳赤字/盈余相对量,由此总结长株潭地区碳排放、碳吸收、碳赤字与碳赤字敏感度的时空格局与演变趋势,并加以区际之间的比较与分析。研究结果表明,11年期间,长株潭地区碳排放量整体呈现先增长后下降趋势,碳吸收量整体呈现稳步上升趋势;湘潭市是碳排放最多地区却是碳吸收最弱地区,长沙市是碳吸收最强的地区,株洲市是碳排放最少的地区。长株潭地区碳赤字量与碳赤字敏感度均呈现"M"型变化,湘潭市碳赤字量与碳赤字敏感度每年均大大高于长沙市和株洲市。研究结果直观揭示了长株潭地区碳赤字的时空演变,明晰了长株潭地区区际之间协调发展差异,以期为实现长株潭地区"两型社会"的建设和湖南省可持续发展提供参考与依据。By virtue of the carbon footprint theory and method,the carbon footprint and carbon carrying capacity of the three cities in Changzhutan were measured and based on this,the concept of carbon deficit sensitivity was also introduced to further calculate the relative amount of carbon deficit/surplus,and summarizing the spatiotemporal patterns and evolution trends of carbon emissions,carbon absorption,carbon deficit,and sensitivity of carbon deficit in Changzhutan area,and the comparison and analysis among regions.The results show that during the 11-year period,the carbon emissions in Changzhutan area showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,and the overall carbon uptake showed a steady upward trend.Xiangtan City is the region with the most carbon emissions but the weakest region for carbon absorption.Changsha is the region with the strongest carbon absorption while Zhuzhou City is the region with the least carbon emissions.The carbon deficit and carbon deficit sensitivity of Changzhutan area all showed"M"-type changes.The carbon deficit and carbon deficit sensitivity of Xiangtan City were much higher than that of Changsha City and Zhuzhou City every year.The research results reveal the spatial and temporal evolution of the carbon deficit in Changzhutan area,and clarify the differences in the Inter-regional development between Changzhutan area,which can provide a basis and reference for the sustainable development of Hunan Province.
