摘 要:目的通过对2013—2018年流感的流行特征进行分析,为今后流感防控工作提供科学依据。方法对泰安市2013—2018年流感样病例(ILI)报告数据、病原学监测数据及流感暴发疫情报告情况进行分析。结果泰安市哨点医院监测结果显示,流感全年高峰期主要集中在北半球冬春季,流感高发人群为5岁及以下的幼儿(P≤0.01),2013—2018年5岁以下幼儿占ILI总数的46.15%至51.93%之间。近3年内,发病水平整体呈下降趋势。每年标本均有阳性检出,且每年的优势毒株不同,差异均具有统计学意义。结论泰安市各流感季节不同亚型流感病毒并存,整体流感监测工作比较完善,应继续加强对青少年儿童的健康教育,并预测甲H3亚型病毒为下个优势流行株。Objective:To provide a scientific basis for future influenza prevention and control work by analyzing the epidemic characteristics of influenza in 2013—2018.Methods:The data of influenza-like(ILI)case reports,pathogen monitoring data and influenza outbreak reports in Taian City in 2013—2018 were analyzed.Results:The monitoring results of the sentinel hospital in Taian City showed that the peak year of influenza was mainly concentrated in winter and spring in the northern hemisphere.The high-risk influenza population were children aged 5 years and younger(P≤0.01).In 2013—2018,children under 5 years old accounted for the total number of ILI.between 46.15%and 51.93%.In the past three years,the overall incidence of disease showed a downward trend.Each year,the specimens were positively detected,and the dominant strains were different each year,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Different influenza subtypes of the flu season in Tai'an City coexist,the overall influenza surveillance work is relatively complete,and health education for young children should be strengthened,and the H3 subtype virus is predicted to be the next dominant strain.
