家庭养老、居家社区养老对农村老年人健康的影响——以厦门市的实证研究为例

摘　　要：中国农村人口老龄化加剧,老年人面临慢性疾病、孤独、抑郁甚至自杀等系列健康问题,国家实施居家社区养老旨在促进健康老龄化。以在厦门市开展的实证研究为例,采用因子分析法与回归分析法,探讨家庭养老、居家社区养老等对农村老年人健康的影响。因子分析表明,居家社区养老分为生活照料、医疗康复和精神慰藉三个因子;老年人健康分为客观生理健康、客观心理健康和主观自评健康三个因子。回归分析发现,文化程度越高、有配偶及与子女合居,能够促进老年人健康;子女数、经济支持、劳务及照料、感情亲近度对老年人生理、心理健康影响不同;生活照料、医疗康复和精神慰藉三个因子对老年人主、客观健康影响有差别。对此,本研究提出拓宽老年人收入来源、丰富精神文化生活、完善日常照料和医疗服务体系等政策性建议。As the population aging in rural areas deteriorates,senior citizens there are faced with a serious health problems including chronic illness,loneliness,depression,and even suicide attempts.In response,the government is carrying out a plan of home-based community elderly care.This paper made an empirical study of Xiamen as an example,using factor and regression analysis methods,to find the impact of home care and home-based community care on the health of the elderly.Factor analysis reveals that home-based community care has three factors:daily care,medical care,and spiritual comfort;the health of the aged comprises objective physical health,objective psychological health,and subjective self-reported health.Regression analysis finds that having higher educational qualification and children living together is helpful to the health of the aged;the number of children,financial support,labor service/personal care,and intimacy have different impact on their physical and psychological health;the factors of daily care,medical care,and spiritual comfort affect their objective and subjective health differently.Thereby,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions concerning expanding the old people’s source of income,enriching their spiritual lives,improving their daily care and medical service.
