摘 要:采用长度为6mm的碳纤维和皮芯型复合纤维,通过湿法抄造、酚醛树脂浸渍、热压等工艺制得高含量碳纤维的导电纸。不同碳纤维含量的碳纤维原纸、浸渍纸和浸渍后热压纸的理化性能数据表明:皮芯型复合纤维能够有效提高碳纤维的疏解分散和成纸强度,碳纤维含量为70%的碳纤维纸具有较好的抄造性、透气度、强度、电阻率等综合性能。Carbon Fiber Conductive Paper with high content of carbon fiber were prepared by method of wet papermaking,phenolic resin impregnating and hot pressing with a length of 6 mm carbon fiber and sheath-core composite fiber.The physical and chemical properties of carbon fiber base paper,impregnated paper and hot pressed paper with different carbon fiber content show that the sheath-core composite fiber can effectively improve the dispersion and paper strength of carbon fiber,and carbon fiber paper with 70%carbon fiber content has better comprehensive properties papermaking,air permeability,strength and electrical resistivity.
