喷墨打印装饰纸涂层工艺的研究

摘　　要：喷墨打印技术在装饰纸领域的发展对装饰纸的印刷适应性提出了新的要求。论文以普通装饰纸为原纸进行表面颜料涂布,研究了颜料、胶黏剂、固色剂等涂料成分对涂布后装饰纸的透气度、渗透性以及喷墨打印效果的影响,提出了较佳的涂料配方。结果表明:喷墨打印装饰纸涂层中,颜料应以二氧化硅为主,可以添加不超过10%的轻质碳酸钙;聚乙烯醇和聚醋酸乙烯酯的用量分别为20%、10%,固色剂的用量为12%,涂布量为8g/m 2左右。非接触式帘式涂布方式比接触式涂布方式更适合喷墨打印装饰纸的涂布,可以获得更好的透气性、渗透性和打印效果。The introduction of ink-jet printing technology in the field of decorative paper puts forward new requirements for the printability of decorative paper.In this paper,pigment coating colors were prepared and applied on ordinary decorative paper,and desirable coating formulations were proposed by estimating the in fluence of ingredients such as pigment,binder,and fixing agent on air permeability,penetrability,and ink-jet print performance of coated paper.The results showed that the optimal coating weight should be about 8g/m 2 and the pigment should be mainly based on silicon dioxide with no more than 10pph precipitated calcium carbonate(PCC);the dosage of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),polyvinyl acetate(VAE),and fixing agent was 20pph,10pph,and 12pph,respectively.Non-contact curtain coating method provides decorative paper with better air permeability,penetrability and ink-jet printing effect than contact coating methods,indicating it is more suitable for decorative paper coating.
