摘　　要：二次冷凝水的分级处理,可有效实现二次冷凝水的回收利用,既节约了水资源,又避免了环境污染。汽提塔可大大降低二次冷凝水的污染负荷,使其重新回到工艺系统中使用,提取出来的汽提汽可以直接入炉燃烧,还可以提取甲醇,从而避免了大气污染。本文还对工程设计上二次冷凝水系统的注意事项进行了分析。Secondary condensate can be reused effectively by being treated to water with different amount of COD,which makes mill water used less and protects the environment.Stripper can reduce the content of pollutant in secondary condensate which can be reused in the process.The gas extracted from the stripper can be burnt in the recovery boiler and also be made to produce methanol so that atmospheric pollution is reduced.The paper also analyzes the matters that should be paid more attention about the secondary condensate system in the engineering design.
