我院2014–2018年肠外肠内营养药品应用分析

摘　　要：目的:了解我院营养药品的应用情况,为临床合理应用提供参考。方法:采用回顾性的分析方法,对我院2014–2018年肠外肠内营养药品的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)进行分析。结果:2014–2018年我院营养药品的销售金额呈上升趋势,2018年有所下降;肠外营养药所占比例大于肠内营养药。丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液、注射用12种复合维生素的DDDs居于前5位,多种微量元素[Ⅱ]注射液在2018年上升至第1位。肠内营养药品DDDs持续排在首位的是肠内营养混悬液TPF。结论:营养药品在临床治疗的地位日趋显著,肠内营养应用比例较低,营养支持仍以肠外营养为主,应逐渐提高对肠内营养药品的重视。Objective:To explore the application of nutrition drugs in our hospital in order to provide references for clinical rational drug use.Methods:The application data of parenteral and enteral nutrition drugs from 2014 to 2018 were extracted from hospital information system and analyzed in terms of the consumption sum,defined daily dose(DDDs)and defined daily cost(DDC).Results:The consumption sum of nutrition drugs showed an upward trend from 2014 to 2018 but decreased in 2018.The proportion of parenteral nutrition(PN)drugs were far greater than that of enteral nutrition(EN)drugs.Among all the nutrition drugs,DDDs of alanyl glutamine injection and 12 vitamins for injection were in the top 5,and DDDs of multi-trace elements injection[II]was the top first in 2018.DDDs of enteral nutrition suspension TPF was always ranked in the forefront of enteral nutrition drugs.Conclusion:The status of nutritional drugs in clinic is becoming more and more significant.Nutritional support in our hospital was still dominated by parenteral nutrition with low proportion of enteral nutrition.The use of enteral nutrition should be further improved.
