金边土鳖4种工艺样品对大鼠血液流变性及凝血功能的影响

摘　　要：目的对比研究金边土鳖4种工艺样品对正常大鼠、急性寒凝血瘀模型大鼠、热毒血瘀模型大鼠血液流变性及凝血功能的影响。方法以全血比黏度和APTT、PT、TT、FIB为指标,观察采用水煮、匀浆、冷浸、粉碎4种不同工艺制备的金边土鳖样品对正常大鼠、急性寒凝血瘀模型大鼠、热毒血瘀模型大鼠血液流变性和凝血功能的作用。结果与正常对照组比较,金边土鳖匀浆样品、冷浸样品、粉碎样品明显降低正常大鼠全血比黏度,延长APTT、TT时间,降低FIB含量。对急性寒凝血瘀模型,金边土鳖4种工艺样品均显著降低模型大鼠全血比黏度,延长APTT、TT时间,降低FIB含量。对热毒血瘀模型造模,金边土鳖4种工艺样品亦可明显降低模型大鼠全血比黏度,延长APTT、TT时间,降低FIB含量。结论金边土鳖4种工艺样品均有较好的活血化瘀作用,可明显改善大鼠血液流变性及凝血功能。Objective To study the effects of four extraction process samples of Opisthoplatia Orientalis Burm.on blood viscosity and coagulation function of normal rats,the rats with acute cold coagulation and blood stasis,and the rats with heat toxicity and blood stasis.Methods The whole blood viscosity,APTT,PT,TT and FIB were measured.The effect of Opisthoplatia Orientalis Burm.samples prepared by four extraction process methods:poaching,homogenizing,cold soaking and grinding on hemorheology and coagulation function in different disease rats was assayed.Results Compared with the normal control group,the homogenized samples,cold-soaked samples and pulverized samples from Opisthoplatia Orientalis Burm.reduced the whole blood specific viscosity of normal rats,extended the times of APTT and TT and decreased FIB content.For the rat model of acute cold coagulation and blood stasis,four kinds of process samples of Opisthoplatia Orientalis Burm.reduced the whole blood specific viscosity of rats,extended the times of APTT and TT and decreased the content of FIB.For the rat model of heat toxicity and blood stasis,four kinds of process samples of Opisthoplatia Orientalis Burm.reduced the whole blood specific viscosity of rats,extended the times of APTT and TT and decreased the content of FIB.Conclusion The four kinds of process samples of Opisthoplatia Orientalis Burm.display better effect of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,which could obviously improve the whole blood viscosity and coagulation function in rats.
