摘　　要：目的分析全自动片剂分包机在我院的应用情况,为引进和使用设备提供参考。方法通过回顾性统计方法,对2018年1-12月的全自动片剂分包机包药数据进行分析,针对运作过程遇到的问题,提出解决方法和改进措施。结果全自动分包机有效提高摆药效率,完善药品管理、保证用药的准确性和安全性。虽然存在一些差错,但是通过不断地优化改进,建立在分包机配药基础上的口服药品调配流程必将日趋完善。结论应用全自动分包机进行摆药提高了医院药学服务水平,是医院药房发展的趋势。Objective To analyze the application of automatic dispense packing machine and provide useful reference for introduction and use of machine.Methods The drug dispensing data of the automatic dispense packing machine during January to December in 2018 was analyzed by retrospective statistical method.In view of the problems encountered in the operation process,propose solutions and improvement measures were proposed.Results The application of automatic dispense packing machine was helpful in increasing dispensing efficiency,improving medicine management,ensuring the accuracy and safety of drug usage.Despite a few errors occurred occasionally,the oral drug dispensing process on the basis of automatic dispense packing machine would become more efficient and perfect.Conclusion The usage of automatic dispense packing machine elevate the pharmaceutical care level,and will be the development tendency of hospital pharmacy.
