摘 要:2.5D编织复合材料是具有高比强度、高比模量和良好结构整体性和性能可设计性的新型先进复合材料。细观力学有限元法是定量深入研究2.5D编织复合材料宏细观力学行为及其损伤失效机理的重要计算方法。本文综述了2.5D编织复合材料细观力学建模与数值模拟方面的研究及进展情况。首先分析总结了针对2.5D编织复合材料所建立的各类细观结构模型的特点及其适用性,重点讨论了采用不同纤维束截面形状建立的复合材料细观结构模型的优缺点。其次分析了通过多尺度方法分析预测2.5D编织复合材料弹性和强度性能的研究现状,并指出了目前2.5D编织复合材料细观损伤演化和失效数值模拟研究中存在的问题和不足,同时探讨了2.5D编织复合材料宏细观力学行为有限元数值模拟研究工作的重点与发展方向。2.5D fabricreinforced composites are new advanced composites with high specific strength,high specific modulus,good structural integrity and excellent performance designability.The micromechanical finite element method is an important calculation method for quantitatively studying the macroscopic and micromechanical behavior and failure mechanism of 2.5D fabric reinforced composites.In this paper,the research progress in the micromechanical modeling and numerical simulation of 2.5D fabric reinforced composites are summarized and reviewed.Firstly,the characteristics and applicability of various mesoscopic structure models established for 2.5D fabric reinforced composites are analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of these mesoscopic structure models with different cross-section of fiber bundle are discussed particularly.Secondly,the researches on calculation of the mechanical properties of 2.5D fabric reinforced composites based on multi-scale computation method are reviewed.The problems and shortcomings existed in numerical simulation of damage evolution and failure behaviors of these composites are pointed out in special.Simultaneously,a few comments on investigation of numerical simulation of mechanical and failure behavior of these composites are proposed.
