摘  要:为解决ZM5镁合金机件在修理中易变形的问题,采用低温超音速喷涂技术制备Al-Si涂层,通过胶结对偶试样拉伸试验、金相显微镜及图像分析软件、显微硬度仪,分别评价涂层的结合强度、孔隙率和硬度,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对涂层形貌进行分析,评价分析结果表明:制备的涂层结合强度为51.3 MPa,孔隙率为0.1%,显微硬度为135.9 HV0.1,均优于合格标准。显微结构表明:制备的涂层致密,孔隙及裂纹少,具有优异的性能,可用于ZM5合金机件的修理。根据制定的镁合金机件修理工艺流程将该方法应用于ZM5合金机件修复,修复结果表明:镁合金机件变形量超出规定。通过进一步分析研究机件变形原因,采用优化喷涂参数,改进专用工装,加强时效处理等措施,再次对镁合金机件进行修复,修理后的ZM5合金机件变形量符合技术要求。低温超音速喷涂技术制备的涂层具有结合强度高,孔隙率低,显微硬度好,涂层致密,且机件不易发生变形的优异性能,可以用于ZM5镁合金机件修复,有效地解决了ZM5镁合金机件修理变形的难题。In order to solve the problem of ZM5 magnesium alloy parts which are easy deformation in the repair,the Al-Si coating is prepared by low temperature supersonic spraying technology.Tensile test by cementation dual-sample,metallographic microscope and image analysis software,micro-hardness were taken to value the bonding strength,porosity and hardness of the coating,respectively.and through the scanning electron microscope(SEM)was carried out on the coating surface morphology analysis,The results show the bonding strength was 51.3 MPa,the porosity of the coating prepared was 0.1%,and the micro-hardness was 135.9 HV0.1,They are better than the eligibility criteria.The micro-structure indicates that the prepared coating is uniform,compact,and the sample is not deformed,and can be used for repairing of the mounting hole of the accessory casing.The coating prepared by low temperature supersonic spraying technology has high bonding strength,low porosity,good micro-hardness,compact coating and is not easy to be deformed.It can be used for the re-manufacturing of ZM5 magnesium alloy parts.According to the prepared magnesium alloy parts repair process,the method is applied to ZM5 alloy parts repair.The results show that the deformation of magnesium alloy is beyond the regulation.By further analyzing and studying the deformation causes of the parts,the magnesium alloy parts were repaired again with measures such as optimizing spraying parameters,improving special tooling and strengthening aging treatment,and the deformation amount of ZM5 alloy parts after repair met the technical requirements.The coating prepared by low temperature supersonic spraying technology has the advantages of high bonding strength,low porosity,good micro-hardness,compact coating and low deformation resistance,which can be used for ZM5 magnesium alloy parts repair and effectively solve the problem of ZM5 magnesium alloy parts repair and deformation.
