摘　　要：网络政治文化是网民网络政治参与中意识形态的集中体现。步入新时代以来,党和政府高度重视思想政治工作,而网络平台作为网络政治文化的载体高度体现了思想政治工作的成效。以新时代的视角进行网络政治文化建设,就是要抓住当今网络政治文化环境中存在的问题,有针对性地进行网络政治文化建设,营造良好的网络政治文化氛围,引导更多网民积极地进行网络政治文化参与。Network political culture is the concentrated reflection of netizen’s ideology in the network political participation.Since the new era,the CPC and the governments have attached great importance to the ideological and political work,and the network platform,as the carrier of the network political culture,reflects the effectiveness of the ideological and political work.In the perspective of the new era,the construction of network political culture is to grasp the problems in the current network political and cultural environment,to carry on the network political culture construction pertinently,to build a good atmosphere of network political culture and to actively guide more netizens to participate in network political culture.
