漳州“快递小哥”发展的问题及对策

摘　　要：走街串巷“快递小哥”支撑“懒人经济”的繁荣。通过调查问卷、面对面座谈、访谈的方式深入地了解漳州“快递小哥”真实的生活、工作、社会保障等现实状况。发现漳州“快递小哥”面临学历低、收入低、社会保障低、工作任务重、发展空间有限等困境。倡导社会各界“快递小哥”更多的关注与关心,社会应营造尊重环境,政府部门应健全责任监管制度,行业协会应创造职业归属氛围,企业应给予“快递小哥”主人翁身份,个人应实现自我提升。“Express Brother”who moves around supports the prosperity of the“lazy economy”.The real life,work,social security and other conditions of Zhangzhou“Express Brother”were surveyed through questionnaires,face-to-face discussions and interviews.It is found that Zhangzhou couriers face difficulties such as low academic qualifications,low income,low social security,heavy workload,limited development space,etc.It is advocated that people from all walks of life give more care to them.Thus,the society creates a respectful environment,the governments perfect the responsibility supervision system,the industry associations create a professional affiliation atmosphere,the enterprise gives them the owners’identity and the individuals achieve self-improvement.
