论民族民间传统文化传习馆在民族文化保护传承中的作用——以玉溪市新平彝族傣族自治县花腰傣为例

摘　　要：传统民族文化元素承载着人类的共同记忆,是历史发展的必然选择,它是民族发展的固化“基因”或活态“基因”。然而在当前全球化的背景下,多样性的文化群体日益受到科学技术、现代工业快速发展、外来文化的冲击,我国民族文化已经进入生存的关键时期,建设民族民间传习馆已迫在眉睫。文章以新平县花腰傣民族文化保护传承的调查分析为例,阐述在新的历史条件下,传习馆对民族民间文化保护传承的价值和建设的必要性,并提出初步的对策及建议。The traditional national cultural elements bear the common memory of human beings and are the inevitable choice of historical development.They can be regarded as the solidified"gene"or the living"gene"of national development.However,in the current context of globalization,the diverse cultural groups are increasingly impacted by the rapid development of science and technology,modern industry and foreign culture.China's national culture has entered a critical period of survival,and it is imminent to build a national folk library.Taking the investigation and analysis of the protection and inheritance of Huayao Dai ethnic culture in Xinping County as an example,this paper expounds the value and necessity of the heritage hall for the protection and inheritance of ethnic and folk culture under the new historical conditions,and puts forward preliminary countermeasures and suggestions.
