蒙药巴特日-7对输卵管炎大鼠抗炎作用及对血清TNF-α、IL-2、IL-6的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:观察蒙药巴特日-7对输卵管炎的疗效和血清TNF-α、IL-2、IL-6的影响.方法:采用SD大鼠输卵管注射混合菌株方法建立大鼠慢性输卵管炎模型,给予巴特日-7灌胃,以输卵管外观形状、色泽变化、组织粘连及输卵管组织HE染色病理学检查为观察指标,以血清TNF-α、IL-2、IL-6等炎性因子检测指标,评价蒙药巴特日-7对混合菌株注射法建立的输卵管炎大鼠模型组织病理的改变及血清TNF-α、IL-2、IL-6的影响.结果:模型组大鼠输卵管组织HE染色细胞水肿、大量炎性细胞浸润、组织坏死,阳性对照组和巴特日-7组大鼠组织可见炎性细胞浸润及细胞水肿,未见明显组织坏死;模型组血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-2与空白组比较明显升高,有显著性差异(P<0.05).阳性对照组、巴特日-7组血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-2指标较模型组降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05).巴特日-7组血清IL-2、IL-6指标较阳性对照组降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:巴特日-7能够明显减轻混合菌所致大鼠输卵管炎模型输卵管炎症,降低血清TNF-α、IL-2、IL-6含量.Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Mongolian medicine Bateri-7 on salpingitis and its influence on serum TNF-α,IL-2 and IL-6.Methods:SD rat model of chronic salpingitis was established by injecting mixed bacteria into oviduct.Bateri-7 was given by gavage.The changes of oviduct appearance,color,tissue adhesion and pathological examination of oviduct tissue by HE staining were used as the observation indexes;the inflammatory factors such as serum TNF-α,IL-2,IL-6 were used as the test indexes,to evaluate Bateri-7 on the histopathological changes and serum TNF-α,IL-2 and IL-6 in salpingitis rat model established by mixed bacteria injection method.Results:In the model group,the oviduct tissue of HE staining showed cell edema,a large number of inflammatory cell infiltration and tissue necrosis.In the positive control group and Bateri-7 group,inflammatory cell infiltration and cell edema were found in rat tissue,but no obvious tissue necrosis was found.In the model group,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-2 were significantly higher than those in the blank group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-2 in the positive control group and Bateri-7 group were significantly lower than those in the model group(P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in Bateri-7 group were significantly lower than those in the positive control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bateri-7 can significantly reduce the oviduct inflammation in salpingitis rat model caused by mixed bacteria injection,decrease serum level of TNF-α,IL-2 and IL-6.
