基于格林模式的健康教育在健康体检2型糖尿病高危人群中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨基于格林模式的健康教育在健康体检2型糖尿病高危人群中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1—11月在我院健康体检的2型糖尿病高危人群86例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用常规健康教育,试验组采用基于格林模式的健康教育。比较两组患者知识、态度、行为评分及生活质量评分。结果试验组知识、态度、行为维度评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组生理机能、躯体疼痛、情感职能、精神健康及社会功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在健康体检2型糖尿病高危人群中采用基于格林模式的健康教育,可提高其对疾病相关知识的认识,减少糖尿病发病率。Objective To investigate the application effect of health education based on the Green model for health checkups of high risk group with type 2 diabetes.Methods To select 86 cases of high risk group with type 2 diabetes who were examined in our hospital from January to November 2018 as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a test group.The control group used routine health education and the test group adopted health education based on the Green model.The knowledge,attitude,behavior scores and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results The dimension scores of knowledge,attitude and practice,and total score in the test group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,body pain,emotional role,mental healthand social function in the test group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education based on the Green model in high-risk groups with type 2 diabetes for health checkups could improve their knowledge of disease-related knowledge and reduce the incidence of diabetes.
