摘　　要：目的探讨经皮电神经刺激仪对初产妇分娩镇痛及产程的影响效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年1月我院产科住院分娩的初产妇、头位、足月、有阴道试产条件300例产妇作为观察组,排除心肺功能不全、严重妊娠合并症、装有心脏起搏器的产妇,在导乐式陪伴分娩服务的基础上应用经皮电神经刺激仪,选取同一时期相同阴道试产条件的初产妇300例作为对照组,仅采用常规产科助产分娩干预,比较两组产妇不同时点视觉模拟疼痛评分、产程时间、分娩结局。结果观察组产妇宫口开大3~4 cm、宫口开全时及胎儿娩出后视觉模拟疼痛评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇的第一产程时间及总产程时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经皮电神经刺激仪的应用能够减轻初产妇的分娩疼痛感,缩短产程。Objective To explore the effect of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulator(TENS)on labor analgesia and labor process in primipara.Methods To select 300 primiparas with position of the head,full-term and vaginal delivery conditions who were hospital delivery in the obstetrics department of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 as a observation group.We excluded cardiopulmonary insufficiency,severe pregnancy complications,and primipara loading cardiac pacemaker,applied a TENS on the basis of the Doula-style companion delivery service,and selected 300 primiparas with the same vaginal trial production conditions during the same period as the control group.We used only conventional obstetric midwifery delivery interventions to compare the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores at different time points,the duration of labor,and the outcome of labor between the two groups.Results When the primiparous orifice of the uterine cavity was 3 to 4 cm,was full-opening and the after delivery,the VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The first stage of labor duration and total labor duration in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TENS could alleviate the pain during delivery and shorten the labor process.
