预见性护理干预在危重患者院内转运中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究预见性护理干预在急诊重病室危重症患者院内转运中的应用效果。方法随机选取急诊重病室2018年1月至2018年12月共178例危重症患者作为研究对象,采取病例对照研究的方法进行分组研究。对照组患者院内转运采取常规转运护理,观察组患者院内转运采取预见性护理。对比分析两组患者的转运时间、转运不良事件发生率以及护理满意度。结果观察组院内转运时间(25.4±1.4)min短于对照组的(28.9±2.4)min(P<0.05),转运不良事件发生率(3.23%)明显低于对照组(21.18%)(P<0.05),组护理满意度(98%)明显高于对照组(83.53%)(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理干预可以有效缩短急诊科危重症患者的院内转运时间,降低院内转运不良事件的发生,提升院内转运满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application of predictive nursing intervention in hospital transportation of critically ill patients in emergency room.Methods A total of 178 critically ill patients in the emergency department of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly selected as research objects,and a case-control study was adopted to conduct grouping studies.The hospital transport of patients in the control group were adopted to conventional transport care,while the observation group to predictive care.The transport time,adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The hospital transport time in the observation group(25.4±1.4)min was shorter than that in the control group(28.9±2.4)min(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group(3.23%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(21.18%,P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in observation group(98%)was significantly higher than that in control group(83.53%,P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention can effectively shorten the hospital transport time of critical patients in the emergency department,reduce the occurrence of hospital transport adverse events,improve the hospital transport satisfaction,is worthy of clinical promotion.
