摘  要:目的了解河南省结核分枝杆菌基因类型分布及主要流行基因群。方法对河南省各地市分离的553株结核分枝杆菌临床分离株采用间隔区寡核苷酸分型方法(spoligotyping)进行基因分型。分型结果与SITVIT数据库进行比对,并用Bionumeric 7.6软件进行基因聚类分析。结果 553株结核分枝杆菌Spoligotyping分型后与SITVIT数据库比对后得到46种不同的基因型,其中33种型别有对应的SIT编号,剩下的13种未在数据库找到与其匹配的型别。553株菌除了14(2.53%)株菌基因型没有对应的家族用"UN"表示外,余下536株菌分别属于4个不同的家族,其中Beijing家族共481株,占总数的86.98%;其次是T家族共53株,占总数的9.58%;MANU家族2株(0.36%)(MANU2);LAM家族1株(0.18%)(T5RUS1)。结论河南省结核分枝杆菌基因型别呈现多样性,北京家族和T家族为主要的流行基因群。Objective To understand the distribution of gene types and major epidemic gene groups of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in Henan Province. Methods 553 clinical isolates of Mycobacterium tuberculosis were genotyped by spoligotyping. The genotyping results were compared with SITVIT database, and gene clustering analysis was carried out by Bionumeric 7.6 software. Results After comparing 553 strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis spoligotyping with SITVIT database, 46 different genotypes were obtained, 33 of which had corresponding SIT numbers, and the remaining13 did not find matching genotypes in the database. Apart from 14(2.53 %) strains, the remaining 536 strains belongs to four different families, including 481 strains of Beijing family, accounting for 86.98 % of the total, 53 strains of T family,accounting for 9.58 % of the total, 2 strains of MANU family(0.36 %) and 1 strain of LAM family(0.18 %). Conclusions The genotypes of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in Henan Province are diverse, and the Beijing and T families are the main epidemic gene groups.
