舞钢市初中学生结核病防治知识态度行为调查

摘　　要：目的了解舞钢市初中生结核病防治知识、态度和行为现状,为针对性开展学校结核病防治宣传教育提供参考。方法采用分层随机抽样在全市抽取3所学校,采用自行设计的调查问卷进行调查。结果共调查390名初中学生,其中男生51.03%;年龄11~16岁;城市25.64%,农村74.36%。50.51%的学生知道肺结核病;35.38%知道结核病疑似症状;32.82%知道结核病可以传染;35.13%知道结核病传播途径;28.21%知道结核病全程规范治疗;16.41%知道结核病免费政策。学生对知道结核病、结核病疑似症状、结核病能传染及结核病的传播途径知晓率随年级的增高呈上升趋势(P均<0.05)。学生对"知道结核病"与"结核病全程规范治疗,绝大多数可以治愈"的知晓率,城市均高于农村(P均<0.05)。59.39%的学生表示愿意参加预防结核病宣传活动;37.76%的学生能够主动了解结核病防治知识;学生获得结核病防治知识主要途径和最喜爱的方式有"学校宣传"、"报纸、杂志、书刊"、"网络"。结论舞钢市初中学生结核病防治知识知晓率较低,应加强与教育部门的合作,有针对性地开展多种形式的宣传教育活动,提高学生对结核病防治知识的知晓率。Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP) about tuberculosis prevention among middle school students in Wugang,and to provide reference for tuberculosis prevention and treatment propaganda in schools. Methods Three schools in Wugang were selected by stratified random sampling,and a self-designed questionnaire survey was made. Results A total of 390 junior middle school students were surveyed, among whom 51.03 %were boys. Their ages range from 11 to 16. 25.64 % of them are Urban students and 74.36 % of them are rural students.50.51 % of the students knew tuberculosis;35.38 % were aware of suspected tuberculosis symptoms;32.82 % knew tuberculosis is infectious;35.13 % knew the transmission route of tuberculosis;28.21 % knew that tuberculosis could be cured through standard treatment;16.41 % are aware of the tuberculosis free policy. The students’ awareness rate of tuberculosis,suspected symptoms of tuberculosis,tuberculosis is infectious and the transmission route of tuberculosis all increased with the grade(all P<0.05). The students’ awareness rate of "knowing tuberculosis " and " tuberculosis can be cured by the whole course standard treatment" was higher in urban areas than in rural areas.59.39 % of the students indicated that they would like to participate in the tuberculosis prevention publicity activities;There were 37.76 % of the students take the initiative attitude to get knowledge about tuberculosis prevention. The main ways and favorite propaganda for students to acquire knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and control are "school publicity", "newspapers,magazines, books and periodicals" and "network".Conclusions The awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge among middle schools students is not high.The cooperation should be enhanced with education departments to carry out various forms of publicity education activities,and improve the students’ awareness rate of tuberculosis prevention knowledge.
