摘　　要：本文对国内外应急装备管理情况进行分析总结,重点分析美国和国内同行业企业的应急装备管理现状,找出可供我们借鉴的管理方法、配置标准等。并从管理标准、技术标准、作业标准三个方面提出应急装备规范化管理工作的思路和方案。通过对南方电网公司应急装备配备现状的分析,根据“分区域、分灾种、分等级、分风险”原则,提出一种特定区域特定灾害不同风险下的某种应急装备配备模型,最终得到一个可普遍适用的应急装备配备计算方法。根据应急管理过程MPRR,进行应急信息化平台建设研究,提出南方电网公司应急信息化平台主要功能。This article analyzes and summarizes the situation of emergency equipment management at home and abroad,focuses on analyzing the current situation of emergency equipment management in the United States and domestic companies in the same industry,and fi nds management methods and confi guration standards that we can learn from.And put forward ideas and plans for standardized management of emergency equipment from three aspects:management standards,technical standards,and operating standards.Based on the analysis of the current situation of emergency equipment deployment of China Southern Power Grid,based on the principle of"regional,disaster type,classifi cation,and risk",a model of emergency equipment deployment under different risks in specifi c disasters in a specifi c region was proposed.A universally applicable calculation method for emergency equipment.According to the MPRR of the emergency management process,the research of emergency information platform construction is carried out,and the main functions of the emergency information platform of China Southern Power Grid.
