摘  要:低温钢不仅需要具有足够的韧性和抗脆性破坏能力,还需要具有良好的工艺焊接性和使用焊接性,以保证焊接接头在低温环境下使用时韧性符合要求。在分析09MnNiDR低温压力容器钢特点及焊接性基础上,采用焊条电弧焊完成09MnNiDR钢对接平焊。经过焊后热处理及射线检测合格后,对试板进行拉伸试验、弯曲试验和冲击试验等力学性能试验,结果全部符合标准规定。Low-temperature steel not only needs to have sufficient toughness and the ability to resist brittle damage, but also needs good procedure weldability and service weldability to ensure that the welding joint toughness is in line with the requirements when used at low temperature. On the basis of analyzing the steel characteristics and welding characteristics of the 09MnNiDR low temperature pressure vessel, the butt flat welding of 09MnNiDR steel is completed by arc welding. After post-weld heat treatment and ray detection, the mechanical performance tests, such as stretch test, bending test and impact test are carried out on the test plate, and the results are all in line with the standards.
