高校电子公务文书档案单套制管理研究

摘　　要：随着国家对电子文件法律地位的逐渐认可和电子政务平台的推广应用,政府部门通过电子政务平台发送文件已逐渐成为主流。在分析高校公务文书档案现状,及电子公务文书单套制归档的优点和可行性的基础上,指出电子公务文书单套制归档是时代发展的必然趋势,并为推动电子公务文书档案单套制管理在高校的广泛应用提出一些建议。With the gradual recognition of the legal status of electronic documents by the state and the popularization and application of e-government platform, it has gradually become the mainstream for government departments to send documents through e-government platform. Based on analyzing the current situation of the archives of public affairs documents in colleges and universities and the advantages and feasibility of the single set system of electronic public affairs documents, this paper points out that the single set system of electronic documents is the inevitable trend of the development of the times, and puts forward some suggestions for promoting the wide application of the single set system of electronic public affairs document in colleges and universities.
