头针结合重复经颅磁刺激治疗语言发育迟缓临床研究  

Clinical Study on Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in Treatment of Language Development Retardation

摘　　要：目的:观察头针结合重复经颅磁刺激治疗语言发育迟缓的疗效。方法:75例随机分为3组各25例。头针组予头针治疗,经颅组予重复经颅磁刺激治疗,观察组予头针结合重复经颅磁刺激治疗。治疗3个月后比较3组Gesell发育量表语言发育商(DQ)评分及临床疗效。结果:Gesell发育量表各指标分值观察组高于头针组及经颅组(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组88%、头针组72%、经颅组68%,观察组高于头针组及经颅组(P<0.05)。结论:头针结合重复经颅磁刺激治疗能明显提高患儿语言水平。Objective:To observe the curative effect of scalp acupuncture combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of language retardation.Method:75 cases were randomly divided into 3 groups,with 25 cases in each group.The scalp acupuncture group were treated with scalp acupuncture,the transcranial group were treated with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation and the observation group were treated with scalp acupuncture combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation.After 3 months of treatment,the language development quotient(DQ)score and clinical efficacy of the three groups were compared on the Gesell Development Scale.Result:The score of the indicators in the Gesell Developmental Scale were higher in the observation group than that in the scalp acupuncture group and the transcranial group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 88%in the observation group,72%in the scalp acupuncture group and 68%in the transcranial group.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the scalp acupuncture group and transcranial group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation can significantly improve children’s language level.
