中西药合用治疗稳定型心绞痛临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察中西药合用治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法:70例随机分两组各35例,两组予以单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗,观察组加用益气活血汤,治疗1个月后观察临床疗效及心绞痛发作频次、发作持续时间及心功能指标(射血分数、心输出量)。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组心绞痛发作频次较对照组低(P<0.05),发作持续时间较对照组短(P<0.05),观察组射血分数及心输出量均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:中西药合用治疗稳定型心绞痛疗效较好,可有效降低心绞痛发作频次,缩短发作持续时间,改善心功能。Objective:To observe the effect of combined Chinese and western medicine on stable angina pectoris. Method: 70 cases were randomly divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with isosorbide mononitrate tablets and the observation group were treated with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in addition. After one month of treatment, the clinical efficacy and frequency of angina pectoris, duration of attacks and heart function Indicators(ejection fraction, cardiac output) was observed. Result: The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05). The frequency of angina pectoris in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The duration of attacks was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). The cardiac output was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Chinese and Western medicines has a good effect on stable angina pectoris, which can effectively reduce the frequency of angina pectoris attacks, shorten the duration of attacks and improve cardiac function.
