摘 要:采用结构力学中关于超静定门架结构的角变位法,考虑下横梁由自重、有效载荷、惯性力等因素导致的变形对立柱挠曲变形的附加影响,根据叠加原理得到立柱动态挠曲变形公式.采用Matlab软件分别建立两种堆垛机立柱变形的计算模型并求解,同时利用APDL参数化设计程序建立双立柱堆垛机的简化ANSYS模型,加载求解,得到了立柱变形结果.对双立柱动态挠曲变形原模型、改进模型和ANSYS模型的求解结果比较分析可知,改进后双立柱堆垛机立柱变形模型是一种有效的、在工程设计中偏于安全可靠的立柱变形模型.The angular displacement method of statically indeterminate portal structure in structural mechanics is adopted,and the influence of the deformation caused by the weight of the crossbeam,the payload,the inertia force on the deflection of the column is taken into account,then obtainedthe dynamic deflection formula of column bythesuperposition principle.Matlabis used to establish the calculation model of two kinds of stacker column deformation,and a simplified ANSYS model of the double column stacker is compiled by using APDL,and the deformation results of thecolumn are obtained by loading and solving the ANSYSmodel.The results of the above three kinds of column deformation models are compared and analyzed,then the validity of the improved post column deformation model of double column stacker is verified.And a column deformation model which is safe and reliable in engineering design is presented.
