云南民族高校大学生创业现状调查与对策分析

摘　　要：本文采用自编的创业调查问卷,基于云南民族大学491名大学生的有效反馈,对当前云南民族高校大学生的创业现状进行了调查分析。调查结果显示:大部分民族高校大学生对创业持支持态度,但只有极少数有过创业活动。民族高校大学生的创业动机较多元化,不同性别和民族的大学生的创业动机有所差异。基于“互联网+”的小“微”型创业受到民族高校大学生青睐。资金和社会经验缺乏是民族高校大学生创业的主要困难,而如何寻找商机和激发创意是他们创业培训的主要需求点。最后,通过提出若干对策建议,以期对民族高校创业教育和政策制定提供有益参考。Based on 491 students'effective feedback from Yunnan Minzu University,this paper investigates and analyses the current situation of students‘entrepreneurship in Yunnan universities for nationalities by using self-designed questionnaire.The survey results show that most students hold a supportive attitude towards entre⁃preneurship,but only a few have ever had entrepreneurship activities.The entrepreneurship motivation is diversi⁃fied,and there are differences among different genders and nationalities.“micro”type entrepreneurship based on“Internet+”is favored by students.The lack of capital and social experience is the main difficulty for univer⁃sity students to start their own businesses.How to find business opportunities and stimulate creativity is their main demand for entrepreneurship training.Finally,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in or⁃der to provide useful reference for entrepreneurship education and policy formulation.
