针灸四神聪配合耳穴贴治疗失眠症23例

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸四神聪配合耳穴贴治疗失眠症的效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2018年12月龙岩市第二医院收治的失眠症患者46例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组23例。观察组进行针灸四神聪配合耳穴贴治疗,对照组进行常规西医治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分、睡眠质量评分以及临床治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后的中医证候积分及睡眠质量评分均显著降低,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的总有效率(95.65%)显著高于对照组(65.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸四神聪配合耳穴贴治疗失眠症的临床效果较好,有利于患者临床症状及睡眠质量的改善,值得推广应用。Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with auricular acupoint sticking in the treatment of patients with insomnia.Methods:A total of 46 patients with insomnia Second Hospital of Longyan City from January 2018 to December 2018 were divided into observation group and control group with 23 cases in each group according to the principle of randomization.The observation group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion Sishencong combined with auricular acupoint sticking therapy,while the control group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment.Then the scores of TCM syndromes and sleep quality(PSQI)before and after treatment,clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Results:The scores of TCM syndromes and PSQI score of observation group after the treatment were significantly decreased,and they were lower than those of control group;there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate(95.65%)of observation group reached after treatment was significantly higher than(65.22%)of control group,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Acupuncture and moxibustion of Sishencong combined with auricular acupoint sticking in the treatment of patients with insomnia is better,and it is beneficial to improve the clinical symptoms and sleep quality of patients,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
