护理干预在小儿骨科静脉滴注甘露醇患儿预防输液渗出中的应用及对患儿睡眠质量研究

摘　　要：目的:评价护理干预的应用在小儿骨科静滴甘露醇治疗中输液渗出方面的预防价值,从而提高小儿骨科患者治疗安全与效果及对患儿睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年2月厦门大学附属第一医院骨科收治的患儿100例作为研究对象。在静滴甘露醇治疗的基础分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患儿进行常规护理,观察组采取综合护理干预。比较对照组与观察组骨科静滴甘露醇治疗小儿的护理效果以及输液外渗程度及患儿睡眠质量。结果:观察组骨科小儿静脉炎、哭闹、疼痛占比率均低于对照组,输液外渗程度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预用于小儿骨科静脉滴注甘露醇治疗中可以积极且有效的预防输液渗出,提高患儿睡眠质量,护理效果显著。Objective:To evaluate the preventive value of nursing intervention in pediatric orthopedic static drop mannitol treatment of infusion exude,so as to improve the safety and effect of pediatric orthopedic patients and the impact on the sleep quality of children.Methods:A total of 100 pediatric orthopedic children were selected from March 2018 to February 2019 in our hospital.Nursing was randomized on the basis of intravenous mannitol treatment.The control group received routine nursing,the experimental group took comprehensive nursing intervention.To compare the nursing effect of orthopedic static drop mannitol on children in the control group and the experimental group,as well as the degree of infusion extravasation and sleep quality of children.Results:The proportion of phlebitis,crying and pain in orthopedic children in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the degree of infusion extravasation was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention in pediatric orthopaedic intravenous infusion of mannitol can actively and effectively prevent infusion exudation,improve the sleep quality of children,nursing effect is significant.
